Return policy

Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or entered production. If the order is canceled at this stage, you will receive a full refund.

Once the product has been shipped, the order can no longer be canceled.


Returns

We accept returns of eligible products. Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for a 14-day return:

  • Custom-made products

  • Personalized items


Return Shipping

  • No restocking fee will be charged for returned products.

  • Customers will be charged shipping costs at most once (this includes return shipping).

  • If the return is due to the customer’s own reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The cost will depend on the courier or shipping service selected.

  • If the return is due to our error, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the customer will not be responsible for the return shipping cost.


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your return. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
